Philip Dalmage is an experienced executive leader and attorney with over 30 years of expertise in equity, diversity, and inclusion. He has served in pivotal roles across various sectors, including the Illinois Human Rights Commission and the Illinois Commission on Equity and Inclusion, driving policy and organizational transformations that promote economic and social progress. His strategic leadership was instrumental at Project Voyce as Interim Executive Director, where he stabilized and enhanced operations following a leadership transition. Previously, as the Executive Director of the Illinois Human Rights Commission, he efficiently managed a significant budget and team, resolving long-standing case backlogs. In addition to his public service, Mr. Dalmage has held significant roles in business strategy and corporate compliance as Senior Counsel at Loftus and Eisenberg Ltd., where he advised on diversity, civil rights, and sustainable business practices. He also consults for New Jersey Ciphers, handling player agreements and sponsorship deals. Mr. Dalmage’s advocacy for economic inclusion has led to increased minority business participation and funding access, significantly enhancing minority program outcomes during his tenure at the Illinois Commission on Equity and Inclusion. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Marquette University. Licensed to practice law in Illinois and New York, Mr. Dalmage continues to influence through board memberships and community engagements, promoting equitable opportunities in a dynamic global context.
